Description
This second volume of essays on the Malaysian Constitution includes chapters dealing with: the Malaysian Constitutional Crisis of 1983-84, a description of the constitutional positions of Sabah and Sarwak (written by the attorneys-general of those states) and an examination of the Constitutional rulers in Malaysia. In addition, the editors offer an assessment of the contribution of Tun Mohamed Suffian, who retired from the Lord Presidency of the Federal Court of Malaysia in 1982.
