Description
Frank Modell was a well known New Yorker cartoonist from 1945 to 1997. He studied at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and illustrated the children's books on "Marvin and Milton". His cartoons on men and women are terrific but I prefer his animal cartoons saying human0like comments. Great cartoons!
